Here on the homepage of apple.com I like the navbar (a common thread to all the websites I like the most). I also really like how there are multiple stories available under the main image. This would contribute to the functionality of my website because I can then showcase past stories that have been featured on the site or have the other stories link to popular posts. As for accessibility I think that this feature could make my site easier to navigate because the user does not have to think about where they want to go next if the headliner does not intrigue them then they can just have another story catch their eye on the bottom that then hopefully takes them to a page that better suits what entertainment they are searching for.

Here is another example of how there can be multiple categories or sorties on the front page, giving the user more options so that they can browse and skim the homepage and then choose as they please what they are interested in clicking on. Both of these examples do not seem overwhelming but simply more  interesting than having one main page. I like how “The Coveteur” has a more asymmetrical look to it where Apple.com has more of a basic layout. I think the arrangement of the stories in theCoveteur.com allows the writers and designers to show which stories they find to have more importance or what to stand out more than others due to the sizes of boxes and they way they are fit together.
